A Paramount Project in Tampa, Florida
As Fence Builders, Inc. celebrates its 70th year in business, we also take pride in commemorating our paramount project in Tampa, Florida. Tasked with replacing and upgrading the perimeter security at Tampa International Airport (TIA), we faced the significant challenge of replacing approximately 15 miles of perimeter security fencing, including over 100 access gates with automation, electrical, and security integration, as well as subterranean wildlife exclusion measures.
Despite the formidable obstacle of Hurricane Helene, our dedicated “Tampa Team” rose to the occasion. They maintained complete perimeter security throughout the project, ensuring the safety and integrity of the airport’s operations. This collaborative effort exemplifies the spirit of resilience and teamwork that has defined Fence Builders Inc. for seven decades.
On January 16, 2025, the Tampa International Airport staff recognized our team’s outstanding contributions with a celebratory luncheon. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the TIA staff for their partnership and recognition, and we deeply appreciate the exceptional work of our Tampa Team.
